Most of what Bitstream Media supplies — our macOS software and our services — is delivered digitally, so no physical shipping is involved. This policy applies where we supply a physical product.
Digital products and services
Software licences and downloads are delivered electronically, usually by email or via your account, shortly after your payment is confirmed. If you don’t receive your download or licence details, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.
Physical products
For any physical products we offer:
- Order confirmation. You’ll receive an email confirming your order once payment is authorised. If an item is unavailable or on back-order, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or a refund.
- Processing and delivery. We typically prepare orders for dispatch within 3 business days, and you’ll receive tracking details once your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination.
- Damaged or incorrect items. If a product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, note any visible damage on delivery where possible, photograph it, and email us at [email protected] with your order number on the day of delivery. See our Refunds & Returns Policy for how we’ll resolve it, consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
- International orders. Any physical products are intended for the Australian market and may be built to Australian standards (including 240V electrical requirements). If you’re ordering from overseas, you’re responsible for checking compatibility with your country’s standards — please contact us before ordering.
