Can’t log in? Resetting your password
If you can’t sign in, a password reset fixes it most of the time.
Reset your password
- Go to the My Account login screen.
- Click Lost your password?
- Enter the email address on your account and submit.
- Open the reset email and choose a new password.
No reset email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Make sure you’re using the same email address you bought with.
- Allow a few minutes — email can be slightly delayed.
Still locked out? Email us from any address at [email protected] and we’ll verify you and restore access.
