Can’t log in? Resetting your password

If you can’t sign in, a password reset fixes it most of the time.

Reset your password

  1. Go to the My Account login screen.
  2. Click Lost your password?
  3. Enter the email address on your account and submit.
  4. Open the reset email and choose a new password.

No reset email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you’re using the same email address you bought with.
  • Allow a few minutes — email can be slightly delayed.

Still locked out? Email us from any address at [email protected] and we’ll verify you and restore access.
