How to open a support ticket

Tickets are the best way to get help with anything tied to your account or order — we can see your details and keep the whole conversation in one place.

Open a ticket

  1. Sign in and go to My Account.
  2. Open the Support section and choose Open a new ticket.
  3. Give it a clear subject, pick a department and priority, then describe your issue.
  4. Attach a screenshot if it helps, and submit.

As you type the subject, we’ll suggest knowledge base articles that might already solve your problem — it’s worth a quick look before you send.

Tracking your ticket

Every reply from our team is emailed to you, and the full conversation stays in the Support area of My Account. Just reply from there (or to the email) to keep things moving. When your issue is resolved you can mark the ticket solved and leave a quick rating.
