Finding and activating your licence key

Paid Bitstream plugins come with a licence key that unlocks automatic updates and premium features.

Where to find your key

1. Sign in to My Account.
2. Open Licences (or the order confirmation email).
3. Copy the key for the product you purchased.

Activating it

1. In your WordPress admin, go to the plugin’s settings or licence screen.
2. Paste your key and click Activate.
3. You’ll see the licence confirmed as active, and updates will start flowing.

Moving to a new site

A licence can be active on a set number of sites. If you’ve hit the limit, deactivate the key on a site you no longer use from the Licences screen, then activate it on the new one. Stuck? We’re happy to reset it for you — just email support.
