Payments and billing

Payments on our store are processed securely through Square. We never see or store your full card number — it’s handled directly by the payment provider.

Paying for an order

  1. Add your product to the cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Enter your billing details and card information.
  3. Complete the payment — you’ll get an email receipt immediately.

Finding your invoices

Every order and its receipt is listed under Orders in My Account. Open an order to view or print the invoice. Prices are in Australian dollars.

Payment didn’t go through?

If a payment is declined, it’s usually the bank rather than our store. Double-check the card number, expiry and billing postcode, and try again. If it keeps failing, contact your bank or reach us at [email protected].
