Managing subscriptions and renewals

Some Bitstream products are sold as an annual subscription, which keeps your updates and support active. You’re in control of it from your account.

View your subscriptions

Go to My Account and open Subscriptions to see what’s active, the renewal date and the amount.

Renewals

• We send a reminder by email before a subscription renews.
• On the renewal date, payment is taken automatically using your saved method.
• A receipt is emailed to you and added to your Orders.

Cancelling

You can cancel a subscription from the Subscriptions screen at any time. Your product keeps working until the end of the paid period — cancelling simply stops the next renewal. Updates and support pause once the period ends.
