Managing your account details

You can update your personal details at any time from My Account.

What you can change

  • Account details — your name, display name and email address.
  • Password — set a new password under Account details.
  • Billing address — used on your invoices and receipts.

Changing your email

Your email address is how we reach you about tickets, renewals and receipts, so keep it current. After changing it, future notifications go to the new address straight away.

Need to close your account or have us remove your data? Email [email protected] and we’ll take care of it.
